Arvin, CA nestled in the southern tip of the agricultural rich San Joaquin Valley celebrates its 100th aniversary acknowledging a rich heritage of "good hands" creating wealth through hard work and opportunity for migrants and immigrants through labor organizing and education while providing food for Americans tables.
Great video and history of my home town. I lived there from 1938 to 1951 when I graduated from Bakersfield High. (Arvin High School was just being built.) Makes me proud!

I love this since I knew so many of these people in the video. It brings back so many memories of growing up there. It was a nice little town. I just wish I could see the end of it!!

Good ol' Arvin. It's great to know about it's awesome history. Up to now, I never really knew how it started. Amazing.

Well it seems the viewers of this documentary are model citizens for the masses of American people, citing their beatifully constructed conversations with one another.
