junk....doesn't convert to avi. it converts sound to .wav and other crap but no video

Hey,
I can't get this to work in Windows 7. For some the MS-DOS screen briefly appears then disappears and doesn't seem to do anything to the mts file i dragged into the folder.
Can you help me out?

the videos run twice as fast in avi as soon they are converted..this program doesnt work for me..i got HD mts vids btw

You forgat to say you need Avisynth first to work the program

I did it all right.
But it came out with some other files and an mp3 and an avs file. The avs file did not have audio and the pm3 was the audio from the video.
Does this meann I can use windows movie maker to merge them together?
