What I haven't done is compare myself to a much respected incredibly talented and successful artist when I've done nothing to to put myself in that company. I'm just being honest. He's a great actor, I think Sling Blade is one of those absolute classic films and for a man that wrote and directed it I give him much respect. As a ego driven mediocre singer and musician, not so much. That's all I'm sayin brother.

@durwinpocha They never asked him questions about his acting all they said was who he was and what else he has done. There are many musicians out there that also act that get the same thing done to them. I've never seen any of them do the same thing. I feel bad for his band in that clip he is ruining the whole interview for them. I'm not trying to be a bill bob hater, but with all the other problems in the world if that's what you get's you really pissed you need to take a step back

@setboy1 Well I watched and heard it live here in Canada and Billy Bobs sitting there with his his boxmasters band - how do you think the band feels when their front man has to answer questions that have nothing to do with boxmasters or their music. I know I would have been angry...

For a guy who thinks he should be respected the same as Tom Petty he might want to consider trying to write ONE song as memorable as ANYTHING Tom Petty has done. This isn't as bad as The Shaggs but it's completely forgettable and mediocre at best.
