  • It should NOT be the responsibility of the offenders to petition the courts to have their names removed! The Attorney General's office should remove them. Indiana fucked up on that issue, not the offenders!

  • @SexOffenderIssues002 What you want safe is your soul. To have that safe is to love whoever like Jesus=God loves, and have a soul safe to live forever in the glorified presence of the maker of all life, and eternity, and get along with whoever that is there forever. Finite humans can't even begin to comprehend the joy. Loving all as yourself no matter what will mean the king of lovers Jesus will be in you doing his good pleasure so no matter what happens to the body eternity of pleasure awaits.

  • no one has an answer, because laws are made as they are needed

  • This is good, but they are still passing ex post facto laws, thus violating the Constitution.

Plus, nothing about the sex offender laws do anything to keep kids safe, it's just a placebo to make you "feel safe!"
