@sweeetly LOL We have a Bantie hen that chases the other chickens off from the food, she prefers to eat alone; she could just be a nag. We love our chickens. We have hours of fun watching our 2 Bantie roosters and 2 hens.

I had a chicken that laid eggs from its perch so she could smash them and eat them! She also used to come into the house at dinner time and jump on our plates. She also would chase the dog away from its dinner and try eat that too.

we have chickens 10 of them. pretty cute they are. all adults and now we have about 10 newborn chicks in our yard. they always get through a hole into the neighbours.

Awesome that you take such good care of her helping her sleep where she wants. Get her a buddy so they can snuggle. Having chickens, I see when they go to bed and they get in the most ridiculous pile all smushed up together, regardless of hot or cold weather.

Chickens are not ridiculous.They are amazing and all have individual personalties. Although, i never realised it till we had our own. They bring us hours of joy... and lots of laughs.
