In an interview, Kase Hideaki, a Japanese diplomatic critic and chairman of The Society for the Dissemination of Historical Fact discusses how the Rape of Nanking was a complete fabrication put on by the Chinese Propaganda Ministry.
Taken from Iris Chang's "The Rape of Nanking" documentary.
Numerous fake photos and films were created while numerous books and records were destroyed for shamelessly malicious intent to crucify Japan and Japanese people. It's about time for the world to be awakened except for China and Korea, who sold their souls.

I know this is going to be a very unpopular view among Japanese but: if we cannot accept our wrongdoings, we cannot advance as a nation. They never talked about the Nanjing massacre when I was attending school in Japan. It was only when I moved out of the country that I learnt the other side of the story.

Japan is very modern, but a lot of aspects of Japanese culture is very backwards. Japanese government is far right, it's absolutely stunning how little people know about Japanese atrocities committed during WWII. Well documented historical evidence about Japanese atrocities and a lot of Japanese think it's fabricated. Take Unit 731, Bataan death march, Alexandra Hospital massacre, and of course this..
It truly is sad that Japan doesn't teach it's youth about it's past history.

One of the foundations of the massacre myth is based on the book which is called "What War Means", edited by Harold Timperley. But he was an advisor to the Chinese Nationalist government’s Ministry of Information. The section was propaganda section which was established by KMT (Kuomintang, Chiang Kai-shek) in China during the War. Timperley was paid by the propaganda section for editing the book.
