@TheJeiTana There was a website from which you could get the dimensions to build them, but this has sadly closed down. However a partnering website is still running which tells you how to make the various components, but without the dimensions it may not look quite right. There is also a company that will build you one, but they cost. And yes, there are people inside them, just like the "real" Daleks in the show, however some people have motorised theirs.
