  • ive been trying 2 do the kip up all day today i just cant get the hang of it i rol on 2 my shoulders and sometimes i just dont kick up lol itt cains my back 2 lol but the good thing i have done it a couple of times u gt any more good tips 2 do this ?

  • 1. kick up at sy a45degree angle maybie more

    2. kick as ard as u can

    3. PUSH with your hands HARD

    the kick is height, push with hands is tha rotation =] x

  • how long did it take u to learn the kip up ?

  • Tbh i tryed it loads without knowsing what to do but when iwas told like xact about 2/3 days of practice, but hayy everybody is different

  • ugh im like friggen crying in pain and frustration as i type this. i cant do it. Im not sure what im doing wrong but everytime i push up with all my might i manage to get my body in the air but always endd up landing on my back and it feels like im breaking my spine. Idk what im doing wrong, ill post a video response soon, so you can see better, but i just cant seem to land on my feet, any advice for now please?

  • sorry took ages to get back to you, at first i was like that , you REALLY need to puh up with your hands matee, that was what my problem was, PUSH as hard as u can with your hands, and KICK as hard as u can with your legszz =] PEACE

  • @reogamer12 push more of your wieght over your hands so you can push more of your body with your hands for more rotation
