@tricirlin I am practicing a version of what he used to teach, before he changed HIS SYSTEM to IWC. I'm not an instructor in IWC, though Chow has offered this opportunity to me. I practice the old forms that the previous generations taught, (Ng Wah Sum) they have a lot to offer and can be unlocked and deciphered in fantastic ways. I've cross trained in many other styles other than WC. So adding grappling into my WC...I will just use another style where it is needed. I try to keep my WC pure.
