  • The guy told me wrong about the sled I got! He said it was a 1978 Its Actually a 1976 John Deere liquifire! Sorry for the missleading questions. I also notice on the top and bottom of the rear tunnel is 2 radiators. One on the top and one on the bottom! But in the videos the radiator is shown under the hood on most liquifires? Are they to fost to be like that or do i got a racing sled or just what? Um Also where would you find parts for them around Illinois.

  • @1977johndeere The 76 and 77 liquifires had heat exchangers under the seat. and the 80 thru 84 liquifires had a heat exchanger in front of the track and a radiator under the hood. Im not shure where you wold find parts in illinois for the john deere snowmobiles

  • Hey Is a 1978 john deere liquifire about the same as that one in he video? Does that one have a kiortz motor in it. would any liquifire parts fit on another john deere liquifire as long as they didnt exceed 1978 liquifire?

  • @1977johndeere They are very much the same except for decals and the hood also the 78 has a radiator behind the hood unlike the 76. Yes it does have a kiortz engine and as far as I know all the parts should interchange. thanks for the comment
