Rappahannock Area Community Services Board 2008 Annual Video

Highlights accomplishments of the past year and provides an overview of mental health, mental retardation, substance abuse, prevention and early intervention services provided to the residents of the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford. Includes plans for new Sunshine Lady House for Mental Health Wellness & Recovery, funded in part by a $2 million grant from Doris Buffetts Sunshine Lady Foundation. Programs featured include DARE To Be You, Healthy Families, Program for Teen Parents, Project LINK, Rappahannock Adult Activities; and Rappahannock Area Kids on the Block.
