no this is after the US led invasion.. however don't forget that there were a lot of british soldiers deployed in southern iraq. but that doesn't mean anything, Iraq wasn't ruined by the invasion, it was ruined by its own people.

@HecticAussie you will get broke .... in summer here the temperature reaches 125F it too fucking hot to wear the helmets not because we dont have them
