  • I have a question

I've been doing exercise regularly and havent really achieved the body I want. I've reduced my junk food intake and only allow myself ONE piece of junk food (like a chocolate bar) a week. Meanwhile my friend ate tons of junk food and practically does no exercise and DOESNT even gain one pound. So my question is change my exercise routine AND add your tips? or is it ok to JUST add your advice to what I am doing now?

    Thanks and great videos :)

  • @Aztecboii93 There are so many factors to consider. Yes, if you adopt what I'm teaching, you will store less fat and release more fat. Also, make sure you understand how to measure and interpret your data. I suggest measuring and recording your body weight every single day first thing in the morning, after you go to the bathroom. You will most likely see your body weight go up and down like a stock chart. See what direction your body weight is trending from week to week.

  • thank you very much for making these videos for us Thomas!! :D

  • @mermer3m You are so welcome! It's my pleasure and I hope it benefits you :)

  • What cruciferous veggies would you recommend?

  • @0wnUr3Fac3 Broc, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Radishes are my go-to veggies

  • People please get off if you're only here to make fun or not taking this seriously as some others might. This guy in the end is guiding us to having a healthier body and ultimately a healthier lifestyle. All in all if you have nothing positive to say or meaningful questions (if your confused about certain things) get off and act like hooligans elsewhere.

  • If I juice the cruciferous vegs is that ok to?

  • I can't tell if the video is lagging or if hes speaking in iambic pentameter.

  • ur fake ur reading off some nigga holdin a fuckin board wit da words

  • I'm starting tomorrow hopefully. Thank you brother. Bless.

  • causing metabolism increase. I will try it out, thnx.

  • Love you videos, I've subscribed and will support it. So could illustrate once again, how much of these vegetables to eat for each portions? I understand we have to eat 6 times a day, with 2-3 hours of gap in between. Tbh, it'll be a bit hard to eat these raw. I mean, veges aren't supposed to be eaten raw, lol, and there's the debate about eating raw veges actually lowering their nutritional content as opposed to cooking. But I guess this is for metabolism, and boiling destroys the agents

  • omg this guy is so nice:) like he seems to really care about helping people:)and he seems lik he would b a good friend lol

  • @Aztecboii93 From an outsider looking in...you r probably way more healthy than your "skinny junk food eating friend." Think about it, its just ur friends nature to b skinny...but that doesnt mean ur friends healthy. If i was ur friend and i ate junk food n didnt gain anything I would be like cool im gonna eat this stuff all the time cuz I don't gain wait so I must be healthy.WRONG!Your the one eating healthy and working out so ur getting all that nurtients so keep it up and dont give up!

  • i want him to take a breath n calm down....shit boy

  • This sounds stupid but it's a honest question. I see cabbage and bok choy are a part of this vegetable group. I LOVE getting a plate full of plain, steamed vegetables at chinese restaurants- I know it contains cabbage and bok choy and broccoli. Is getting plain steamed vegetables at a chinese restaurant part of this plan?
