Disband the EPA, The EPA has just become a branch of the Green (Socialist) Movement. Damn, it has to be done but it's going to take years to get rid of all the useless hindering regualtions. But WE GOT TO DO IT. Make our country competitive in the World market again.

The best incentive is to stop competing with the American people by taking our money and "incentivizing" someone or something else...just stop the spending and the regulating that comes with it. Devolve thru diminishing block grants all social services and return to commerce all insurance & finacial svcs including entitlements. A flat tax is part of reestablishing equal treatment. Let the States figure out how to pay for what they promise and then let them be held accountable.

Ok, so 25% tax on all income up to 50K, and then 15% on the rest? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Just my observation - otherwise a decent plan for once.
