too bad the builder that started the rebuild at this site got about to the same point as this structure and went bankrupt!! now asbury has the same f-kin thing to look at!!!

Haha I was there and got some footage myself! Well worth the early time, and I'm looking forward to the rebuilding of Asbury's waterfront, it's coming along nicely. Nothing like what it once was I'm sure, but still nice.
