Nope, they still haven't been added. At this point, the contracted buses have been operating long enough that they'll be eligible for retirement soon. It's not worth it for Metro to pay for upgrades to an aging fleet. They pulled a similar tactic with their RTS buses before retirement. All they got were the new fareboxes and maybe a fresh coat of paint. However, the other Metro Express route, 450 is Metro Operated and as a result, has many of the amenities you'd find on any of the regular buses.

What time of day was this? Also, is this one of the contracted routes? I don't see the Smartstop system (which I thought all of them had).
