they didn't make a mistake leaving TBS, I think Straylight Run is one of the greatest bands I've ever heard, and besides, I don't think they care about how many people have heard about them, they're just making music that they enjoy making

Well, there is no argument that taking back sunday was much better with John and Shaun, but they were going in different creative directions. I don't think John/Shaun need TBS...TBS needs them. John is much deeper than TBS would have allowed him to be.
