Nice job, "Fajitas Americana" as most would probably attempt to do. Traditional fajitas are almost a mexican street food. Also mexicans wouldn't be caught DEAD using that gigantic flour tortilla from our Taco Bell cuture. Traditional fajitas are simple, fast, seared meat, onions, lightly fried corn tortialls slapped together with a simple sauce, usually a very cilantro and pepper-heavy salsa verde, fresh pico, or a very liquidy version of guacamole.

Remember, save those pepper seeds that you buy from the grocery store...you can grow them next year from seed...Pepper plants are perrinal plants and live to up to 5 years
