Well it is true that he isnt fully extending I can do 13 just fully extending BUT still doing that many is prettty fucking impressive, well done :)

hey look, someone doing something absolutely insanely difficult, and he's not doing it ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY!!! So, of course being the good Samaritan that I am, I will comment and criticize this person with an air of superiority that I naturally deserve.

These are actually called headstand pushups, handstand pushups are when the shoulders go parellel to the hands. They are much more difficult than headstand pushpups, as you can see his head gets to where it is parellel to the hands such as the postion called the headstand.

Even though he might not be doing the full range of motion, he's doing the proper range of motion. When you lock your elbows at the bottom and top of the motion you're taking the stress off your muscles and increasing your chances of injury.
-
Actually, full range of motion for a handstand pushups is hands all the way down to the shoulders. Meaning that you have to do them on raising blocks or parallettes.
-
I go nose to the ground and extend all the way. Though I can't do as many, they are still more proper and harder. Try giving that a shot and see how many of my kind of freestyle handstand push ups you can do

@m3231114 Extend your face all the way out.

i can do handstand press ups against a wall, and i know how hard thy are, but he could at least do 10 properly with the full extent of his arms, instead of doing 30 and not extending fully. i do like 5 proper ones.
I'd be more critical of his incomplete reps if I could even try to do this without a wall to lean against.

At anyone who says these aren't real or never fully extends... Let's see your range of motion on a FREESTANDING hand stand push up. That takes crazy balance and core strength. Awesome Show... Great Job!
