  • Well with my experience with these high percentage cats has been poor and I will not invest that kind of money again.I also owned a 65% and he got sick the second day from when I picked him up.He also passed from leukemia,so its likely to be genetics because I lost three in the past two and a half years.I read something online that anything higher than a 50% Savannah is not know too live to maturity. The higher percentage cats are not common so,there is little known about their health.BE CAREFUL.

  • Zube passed from leukemia, words cant explain the pain I felt when she passed. What % is your f1?

  • Well Zube is no longer with us,She pasted a few months ago.She would of been a little over a year old now. This was an old video when she was around 4 months.

  • awesome F1. I was thinking about getting an F1 but I have an F3 and he destroys my house so i'm not sure anymore lol.

  • I've owned a few f1 Savannahs and the 75% serval was the best. They are very dog like and need lots of attention.I recommend a outdoor enclosure if you dont have one already.

  • @crustyzbolt I saw your other video of Zube last night so beautiful I looked at these others to try and find out what happened to her.. Is Zube's breeder still useing the pair together that produced her? We are owned by 3 SVs our 4th SV a F2 died from FIP in 2008 I agree about health issues there is suppose to be 'hybrid vigor" I'm not too sure anymore. So very sorry to read of your losses when our first one died I did NOT want another EVER again it was losing a family member.

  • How heartbreaking. What a sweetie she was and gorgeous. I look forward to getting a HP F1 in the future but wasn't aware of the mortality issue. IS that the same for the

    62.5% F1s as well?

  • Can I ask what Zube died from? I have an HP F1 as well and I'm noticing that more than a few have passed at a young age, based upon videos on Youtube. It's very concerning. I'm sorry for your loss. I know this was one of two HP F1s who died young. It must be heartbreaking!

  • Wow a new vid of zube,, always a joy to see him on the tube. How old is he now?
