nice job, looks like too thick a block graft that needed trimming down. would have been better if the whole width was augmented to re-create the contour of the ridge.but whatever works best. If the patient is happy with the end result ........success.

and why cant four mini implants with a 4 unit bridge cemented on top of them work? can't they make a skinnier implant that is longer ?

Very nice .Would have loved to see sutruring,Xrays post op and followup and then implants done and teeth over the same.

No general anesthesia, just local. The patient will have moderate swelling and discomfort. Nothing more than ordinary oral surgery. Just looks more harsh from the camera's point of view. -Nelson Lo, DDS
