Happy holidays is certainly a much more inclusive way of wishing someone well than saying merry Christmas. Some Christians are so annoying. On a slightly different topic, once someone wished me Happy Easter and had the gall to tell me how I should respond rather than accepting that I don't celebrate Easter.

@PistolWhipYourParent I reckon it looks better spelt with a z (-:

@Zaunstar The reason logical Christians disagree with the whole "happy holidays" saying is due to the removal of Jesus Christ. Many Christians see it as "the world" taking away something that the Christians wanted for themselves and see Christmas as a day to separate themselves from atheists.
To those whom claim that Christmas has nothing to do with Jesus, you must understand that the Christians adapted Christmas as their own holiday.
P.S. Jebus = an old name for Jerusalem

Christmas has nothin to do with the Bible.Yes,the Bible mentions the birth of Christ ...BUT...it says nothing about December 25....that was a Popes idea in the 4th century (ce)...cause it was already the wild-feasting of The Saturnalia. aka the Winter Solstice.And here is the historical truth...the early American settlers (the puritans) forbade the celebration of Christmas because December 25th is NOT mentioned in ANY-BIBLE...So the Christians were the first to prohibit Christmas.& this is thus

@MrYoukingtube Christmas has NOTHING to do with jeebus. Stolen tradition from the pagans.

christian: "happy holidays? what happened to merry christmas? what is there to be happy about if you arent celebrating the birth of christ? what else is there to celebrate?"
atheist: "celebrating my love for my friends and family, and their love for me? oh, and presents :)"

I love that question so much. I think it actually illustrates why atheism isn't a religion. We can celebrate whatever we want without any regret. I might try out Hanukkah next year. The one thing that I didn't like is that he thinks that the reason they say "happy holidays" is because of atheists. It's not because of atheists, this country doesn't seem to think we even exist. They say it because there are people in this country that belong to other religions. Sad.

I hate when scripture is butchered in this way. The new testament prophets now demonstrate that Jesus is the one who fufills all OT types and shadows. Baptism is a symbol in which you are showing you are set apart. We dont worship the water or the idols of the idol worshipers that may have used water baptism. Christ even with the tradition of the Jew is now saying do this in remembrance of ME The voice spoke to him a second time, "Do not call anything impure that God has made clean."

@Etimos We dont care about abrahamic traditions of men regarding birthdays or the early church traditions as well we preached Christ crucified. Doctrines of men vs Christ Christ wins every time ask the Pharisee. Read the scriptures instead of getting your theology from the web. You are the one who needs to prepare for a lot of reading only this time before you attempt to read the bible as you would a harry potter novel take the time to learn the art and science of reading the holy text
This is the first video of yours that I have seen. I subbed. :)

Isn't it blasphemous to spell Jesus's name wrong?

@PistolWhipYourParent Well, if that's the case, I'm in big trouble for all of the "Jeebus" references I've typed.
