This is collection of footage from my trip to France of places I came across (Vierville and Foucarville by accident) that were featured in Brothers in Arms. I apologize for the interlacing and muddy quality.

  • rwltwo .......was the dead man's corner museum closed when you went there?

  • @shiftyscitzo It was, yes, unfortunately.

  • @rwltwo aw, that really sucks!! :-( we got REALLY lucky when we went....there was a large group of WW2 reanactors (spelling?) that were rolling though :-D They were extremely friendly and were happy to take lots of pictures with us. Well, I hope you make it back out there and see everything you missed.....happy traveling!

  • @shiftyscitzo That sounds pretty awesome! I would love to go back someday.

  • i went to normandy this past september....if you are ANY sort of fan of the game, you MUST go visit!! We went to Utah beach, point du hoc, omaha beach, gold beach, carentan, st. mere eglise and st com du mont. We were fortunate enough to go to the church in carentan when there was no one there....inside you can still see tons of bullets hole and damage from the fire fights that happened there. Same goes for the alley ways and the sides of the church itself. Truly an AMAZING trip!!

  • can you go in the houses in the gameee ... just imagine your house being in a game how amazing :)

  • Good luck to you!
