  • Wonderful video showcasing good ol' Kung Fu and not some bar fighting shit. Really hoping to see those moves being done in full speed.

  • Wonderful :) Smooth but well paced without being fast, I like this way of sparring

  • If you listen and observe, you will hear definte contact, which indicates intent and you will see the power of intent.

Keep in mind, gloves do provide an advantage, even if only slight.

Having said that, would you as a practitioner of martial art, benefit more from avoiding these unprofitable arguments and continuing on your path toward your goal, or from defending your position, with no foreseeable benefit?

  • Excellent video! I love the camera work :)

    Peter.

  • Thank you for this wonderful video.

  • This is the kind of fighting I would like to watch in any Wushu tournament. Modern fighting uses too much external force and external energy only. Internal energy if properly trained and fully develop is more deadly but in the same time healthy. To fight like a MMA fighter you have to train physically everyday in gym, etc.. but like we all know, some working people doesn't have much time to do all those training unless he/she is a full time athlete like those MMA fighter.

  • Looks very good. I'd like to see this in a fight with MMA rules, that should be free enough to unfold your intuition.

  • This comment is directed to "FamilyQuan." I have studied Shaolin kung fu for a little over three years and can tell you this is how real kung fu sparring is done in order to perfect complex techniques that would a: injure your partner much worse than you'd like to in a sparring match and b: require a lot of repetition at a slower pace to achieve better form before it would be used at full speed with any effectiveness. Would you also suggest that taijiquan practitioners are wasting their time?
