Yamamoto: average composer but brilliant DJ!
-
The DBZ Budokai series (by Dimps) had a lot of Dance and Jazzy tunes in it, which is why I loved the soundtracks so much. It's sad to know that the games' composer has been found to be a plagiarist.

Not surprising. Kenji Yamamoto has had a long history of ripping off other artists. He was fired from working on Dragonball Kai for ripping off a track off of Avatar.
Still, good ear!

Kenji Yamamoto is a plagiarist

The Sim City BGM sound a litte bit like Michael Jacksons Human Nature.

Oops. I used the wrong Kanji here. The composer for DBZ Budokai 3, who also worked on music for the anime itself, is spelled 山本健司. The composer here (山本健誌) works for Nintendo, composing for the Metroid games and Donkey Kong Country Returns. There are two differnt Kenji Yamamotos.
