just have to watch the quantities. you said 6x adds 6 between the two, it actually adds 5 objects between not 6. There are 6 gaps not objects. I am just starting out with sketchup having progressed from autocad where I do a lot of spacing infill bars in railings using array so have to work out bar/gap ratio's Vs centres all the time. Your tutorials are better than perfect and I have learnt massive amounts from you so thanks.

You're a very gifted teacher, rare! I'm a noob and have v6, my vcb bar's disappeared, what do I have to hit to get it back please? Getting a tad tedious having to measure everything with the tape :(

select "move" tool
clic on the group you want to move - only once
hit "ctrl" ("strg" ) - only once
move your coursor
click once again
type in 5/ or 5x
hit enter --thats it

Hi Aidan. Firstly, thanks for posting these amazing videos. You're really good at teaching. So far I've had no problems with any of the features. The only thing I'm having problems with is copying in multiples for some reason. It gives mea an error: "Invalid length entered." I do everything exactly the way you explain, but something is not working. BTW, I'm using a PC...Thanks in advance
