  • Does anybody know what the intro music is from, or if it by rawfoodfamilylife (Ka Sundance)? It's so relaxing!

  • @DeepestSleep Please search here on YT for "title music ka sundance" and you will find the whole song. I was writing and recording it some years ago...

  • An honest raw fooder! Refreshing...I like this guy! Thanks mate!

  • Thank you, your video was just what I needed to hear just at the right time. I've been trying to incorporate a healthier lifestyle but I found it challenging and was overwhelmed with everyday life activities. One evening I came across your video & your common sense advice took a big weight off my shoulders. Now instead of just throwing in the towel I now take baby steps in achieving my ultimate health goal. Thank you Ka for being such a positive mentor for us. Vernie :)

  • You have these fine lines on your cheeks that are typical for many vegans. That's one of the reasons I have decided to continue eating 5-10% meat, and the rest mainly raw food.

  • @rawfoodfamilylife Thank you, Ka! It's a very beautiful song :)

  • I appreciate your courage in sharing. I was skeptical but after hearing you out I think you've given lots of encouragement to those who don't feel as if this route is possible for them. I have questioned whether or not I should go RAW and I was almost 100% over the summer but during the winter I did ween back into a half RAW half Vegan way of eating. Warmer foods in the winter seem to feel better. I'd like to hear more from you on which RAW foods keep the body warm during those times.

  • I live in northern Canada and I am starting to add the most raw fruits & veggies, but it is winter now and i try to make the most out of it... I still go for a bit of animal protein and starch. But as soon as summer comes, I will cut those out as much as I can. I think that for me, being more or a 50/50, going with the seasons, I mean, is better for my life style... This message was very inspiring for me Thank you!

  • @AppleSouffle Fruit has its own enzymes, make fruit your staple, stick to fruit, have a salad when you feel like it.

  • Great down to Earth take on raw foods and how one should be realistic about working some into your diet and not going 100% raw. You make sense my friend!

  • Oh hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my BF got hot 6 pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.

  • @AppleSouffle Cooked foods have no live enzymes to help it digest in the stomach......test it for yourself - eat a 150 grams of salmon sushi VS 150 grams of well cooked salmon. Have a glass on any drink with them.

You should still feel light after the raw meal and will feel heavy, 'sleepy or tired' after the cooked meal. This tired feeling will last 2-4 hours, depending on how old you are.....

Cooked may mean more energy on the stats....but raw will show up on how u feel.
