expert village fucking sucks, everytime I want to view a beautiful cooking vid I see a ton of this terrible amateur shit, 70+ of the vids show poor or incorrect cooking. FU guys.

if you are interested in following a particular guy's videos, find his page on the expert village webpage and all of his (or her!) videos will be organized there.

I have watched several expertvillage cooking videos. They usually contain some very helpful and useful information. However, I agree with the other posts regarding content. The videos would be much more enjoyable and easier for the new cook (and someone like me who is just browsing for some "quick" information) if everything regarding a particular recipe was on one video. It is too time consuming and frustrating to have to stop and search for the next video(s) in the sequence.
