he's a very good phantom, was going to be the first masked man in London but was committed to Les Mis on Broadway.

The thing about Colm is he doesn't need to act very much while singing cause he just tells his story with the amount of emotion and passion he puts in every word........he is a legend!

This particular performance by Colm Wilkinson is nothing

less than hauntingly beautiful. The emotion and pathos

he evokes is so moving that listening to him becomes a

spiritual experience. He sings from his heart and soul

which is why it is so powerful. From another perspective,

we might hear the voice of God calling His loved ones

home.

Completely agree with Duncandocs! I wish the audio was better though... I don't think this is from the tony awards as they sung 'one day more' and 'at the end of the day' for the show.
