介紹尼泊爾奶茶


尼泊爾人一日當中,總不能離開一杯尼泊爾奶茶。尼泊爾奶茶不能凍飲,否則便會失去原有的甘香及獨有辣味。


傳統的尼泊爾奶茶,是以水牛奶烹調。以香港而言,香港人大多只能品嚐到乳牛奶。水牛奶對都市人來說,實在非常新鮮。


龍緯汶文化藝術國際交流協會這一次來到MANAKAMANA餐廳(香港佐敦廟街165號地下),介紹烹調尼泊爾奶茶的材料及方法。


該會主席龍緯汶更邀得RAI SUBAS及鄭健麟,說出對尼泊爾奶茶的評價。
