Delayed MBTA Train creeps past Canton Junction during (Snow Storm)

This MBTA Train was delayed due to, two trains on the branch line next to the NEC a little bit down the tracks. You will hear in the beginning of the video from my radio, the dispatcher saying a lady parked her car next to the rails but forgot that the back of her car was hanging 1 and a half feet over the train tracks. Not all conversations from my radio was in this video, both trains on branch line had to wait for the lady to move her car so it delayed the MBTA Train from Providence RI to Boston. (May be some grammar/spelling errors, i was typing kind of fast)
