the Soviets used the Nuremberg trials to accuse the innocent Germans as guilty of the 1940 Katyn forest massacre in Poland. The British and Americans knew that the Soviets had murdered those 25,000 people in cold blood but remained silent which etched in stone the identities of the real criminals. The real monsters were the Soviet jews such as Lazar Kaganovich, Genrikh Yagoda and Salomon Morel who exterminated untold millions of people during the 1920s, 1930s & 1940s.

Just to note that those two major signatures below the order isued on March 5th 1940 belonged not to Russians at all but to Georgians - Stalin and Beria... To make any conclusions one needs to know at least something

Katyn is a disgrace for the USSR and Russia as a former part of it, and in 1992 Russia recognised its responsibility for that terrible crime officially and will never stop saying sorry to Polish people. I wonder whether other former Soviet Republics whose citizens with the same rate of brutality took part in that murder would do so... This was not the crime of any nationality, this was the crime of the regime...
