@1hit1derz . keith bought the car of a friend, the wiring loom had burnt out and he couldnt afford to fix it, keith bought it and made his money back from selling the interior lights bumpers etc and raced the shell, it was a 55 plate

i went to buy another 1 the other week but it was too badly damaged to repair to even race!
it wasnt a target tbh, its not damaged as it blew engine up towards the end of the 1st race, it had carina runnin gear in it , so ive gotta get another carina e
worse bit was iwas makin a new bonnet for it as i was offerd £150 for that 1, then on the friday nite it went tits up just b4 paint time so i raced with the original !!!

Thanks for the response, I guess it made a lot more it bits than it would have been worth with the problem fixed. Very ususual for a 6 year old car (and one that 'nice' when new) to be banger raced though - did it make you a target?!

yep it was a 2003 celica,
been sat in a garage with major electrical problems for over a year,
wasnt gonna race it , tryed to buy a damaged 1 n make 1 good 1, but then i realised id make enough profit sellin the bits on ebay,
winnner!
piece of crap still sat in my unit needin another carina engine
