    Which part is troubling you?

  • i like your poi. it looks like socks but its real skinny towards top.. Howd you make those?

  • I made them out of an old t-shirt actually,

    not that difficult.

they got that shape from stretching over time.

  • wow that was very helpful. thanks 4 breaking it down so well.i still dont have it but at least i understand it now.

  • Awesome!

Then its probably just down to stretching and practice hours!

If you woulld like a tutorial on anything let me know!

  • What is this? Those are my testicals put them back!

  • Awesome. Thanks for the help, guy.

  • @NoSevenProductions I think your dumbing it down too much. It's an art. That would be like saying " so painting is just putting colored shit on a brush and putting on paper"

  • thanks dude for breakin it down

  • so, poi is just waving a ball on the end of a rubber stretchy thingy around your body several times?

  • Put a bit of scotch tape on your mic next time you're shooting in windy areas.

  • @wadagoodgrl just keep going at it, this is the guy i learnt from :)

  • Really getting to understand and learn the meltdowns!!!

I was almost thinking why they didn't call these move Smack downs in stead of melt downs...
