The coach for the Eastern Conference team is Orlando Magic head coach Stan Van Gundy. This is the second time Van Gundy was selected to be an All-Star coach, after previously being selected in 2005.
The 2010 NBA All-Star Game is an exhibition basketball game between players selected from the league's Western Conference and the Eastern Conference that will be played on February 14, 2010 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The game will be the 59th edition of the National Basketball Association (NBA) All-Star Game and will be played during the 200910 NBA season.
The NBA currently expects the game to draw a crowd of over 90,000, which would break the all-time attendance record for the sport. The current verified record is 78,129, set in a 2003 game between Kentucky and Michigan State.
