dude that is very bad!!!!!!!! compared to i guy i know who worked for metro on the orange line, and for throwing away a peanut he ran a red light and cuase a terrible accident! just for that! now imagine this!
honestly this driver is very unprofessional as he played sudoku (with a pen, awesome!) while driving, but on the other hand is good he didn't have a crash!
The thing is, marketing is everywhere. If you made a complaint, instead of taking responsibility they would somehow twist it to make it appear alright to do whatever the driver wanted to do and say there's something almost wrong with you in actually making a complaint. Then you'd have whiny people telling you off for stopping some guy from doing his job - he's obviously just under stress and you've failed him somehow.
