so he GOT 20 euro, but only sold 20 to the other guy, because the other guy gave him 20 euro, and bought another 20, so the guy who sold the match box only gave 20 euro of his own!

yeah... this is a money trick... you asked to borrow something from your friend then sold it to it.
20 from friend + 20 from trickster = 40 in the box.
30 from friend for 40 in box.
Friend: -20,-30
Trickster: -20, +30.
Not really a math trick... just a trick.
