Those kicks may look extravagant but they were used well. Nowadays people don't dare to use these types of kicks and deem them impractical because they don't have the skill and experience to use them effectively. Hence they ridicule masters like Mr Ehsan.

You know he's a great fighter but I think the caliber of fighters he's always faced has either been much less experienced than he is in his own art than they are in their own. I think he's a an amazing fighter but if he fought someone in say Muay Thai or Kickboxing or Sanshou that had just as much experience and training and he these techniques wouldn't hold as much water.

However, he is still an amazing fighter to behold but if he was as good as people would make him out he'd be in the UFC now

and incase you didnt realise, when he did do the pincers the guy did attempt to block with leg as it obviously looked like a kick if anything since its never seen before and did throw a punch. I cant stress enough how unskilled and completely stupid you must be to go on to say how you could stop that. I would bet my LIFE that regardless of how 'good' you think you are, if you found yourself in that situation you would be like WTF BLOCK/PUNCH? OH SHIT on the ground. And fyi- takedowns=points=win

Clearly you've never been in many fights or have fought someone as skilled as he is. (Conceptual) (bakayaru)(berticus). If youve trained properly before you should know that when your in a fight your experiencing a totally different atmosphere then when your actualy watching. You see things differently, you have different instincts etc.
