In old times, lets say 1000 years ago, people truly believed that there were trolls in the woods. Back then they din't have words like yeti or bigfoot or alma. They called those trolls.

Nowdays trolls are just in stories and legends.

Let me say: trolls = bigfoots

Who'd wanna kill a Bigfoot anyway, grow up please... We don't kill new species anymore just to prove they exist, that's old world philosophy, and in the case of Bigfoot it'd also be murder probably as it'd likely turn out to be a human species... So there you have it. I might even put the alien theory before the ape theory, that's how much I think it's no 'animal'...

Actually, not everyone thinks BF is Gigantopethicus. The most famous ones in the field like Krantz did, Meldrum too I think. And other researchers, but personally I think it's not. Something that intelligent and humanlike in features, can you even call that an animal anymore? I sure can't. Gorillas don't run around and hide quietly like that either, animals make mistakes, that's why we're supposedly the higher species. And yet we can't catch these guys. Speech has also been found in recordings.

@Ketchikanful ok thank you for suggesting this link but i will be honest i have mix views of that sighting, for one thing being the hill is not that far from them he must have seen them, even some of the kids must have. But the fact they seemed curious at them does make it seem something bigfoot would do as its part of their behaviour.

@ironmancwb since when are you the authority around here. Sasquatch are supposed to be extremely stealthy and quiet when they want to be. And this guy doesn't need to be flipping out just because he sees a sasquatch.

@JackassJunior627 look up johnny11's channel, he was filming his kids sledding in the utah mountains, and in the back ground you can see a group of large hairy creatures watching them sled. one of them stands up and runs away, and you can just tell its not hoaxed.

It's known that there was an ape, cousin to the orangutan, called the Gigantopithecus(the Latin word for "Giant Ape")thousands of years ago. It was recorded in history that humans, or if you believe in evolution, human like creatures, who hunted these Gigantopithecus's down as food almost to extinction. These Apes having the largest brain mass known to man got smarter and learned to conceal themselves in North America and Asia. This animal is now believed to be "bigfoot" by todays scientists.

Have there ever been sighting reports from firemen when responding to forest fires? I would think there would have to be some, because even bigfoot has to flea from a fire.
