Neeevermind. I feel a bit stupid now, lol. My niece had taken the battery out and I didn't know. No wonder! I didn't know how to open it but I did figure it out. XD

Hey, I got a used PSP for Christmas(well, sort of--My dad got it for my niece--but I traded her my DS for it since I'm such a playstation freak) and it's doing the same thing. It won't work unless it's plugged in, even after I charge it. Could it be a bad battery?
