I think Trivium has just continued to get better with each album. EtI was a great start, then Ascendancy built on it and was in incredible album. The Crusade was different, but it focused less on scremed vocals because they didn't even like screamed vocals at the time. But then came Shogun and it was, I think, Trivium's arrival. It took the best qualities out of the other 3 and ade what I think is one of the best metal albums of the last decade. Pure musical genius.
