  • Doesn't the telescope knows in every moment where is and what is the time and date ???? If so it is not difficult for it to locate any object, i think.

  • @CharlieDraper Such as? But not what I was saying. I was saying the telescope does not ''look'' for the objects like an eye. It doesnt see anything. All it does is use gps to track its location and moves as the earth moves.

  • @dannysmith15 Many telescopes use visual tracking systems to keep the object centred.

  • Why are you saying it like the sun being up would make a difference? It does'nt actually ''look'' for the stars (like it has eyes) It uses gps.
