Octopus Project is the name of the band. Hey, The Beatles was a funny name too when you think about it.
Truck is the name of the song. It's an instrumental, right? So ANY title would go with the song.
The video speaks for itself: Someone filmed a local airshow and then added funny faces to the people afterwards. Put it all together and you have a music video.
Judging by the music, the titles and the video, I don't think there is any "meaning" to this song or the band.
It's just fun.
