  • plain and simple this is bad form i have been working out for 25 years i know bad form when i see it and from personal experience i'v pulled so many muscles in my younger years lifting exactly like this ;and those comments who say this is good form,try it yourself and punch a few more years in the gym,because you don't know what your talking about.

  • This guy is the biggest fuck head I've ever seen in the gym. What a poser.

  • actually this is good form. the reason he bounces at the bottom is to re-engage the muscle while its not in stretch position to prevent injury. its real good to totally relax your traps at the end of a shrug to get the deep stretch, then re-engage or "flex" in a less compromising position

  • I have these awesome lifting hooks I got for free they are called my hands.

  • your using to much weight bro, get the right weight so you can shug and hold the weight there for around 2-3 seconds

  • @generalgoodgravy hes doing that to get out of the stretched position each rep to keep AWAY injury. actually safer than not doing that. he hops off with his calves and then re-engages his traps at a point thats not stretching the muscle
