    Ive constantly seen the majority of

    people are desperate to lose weight

    when they wish to appear slim &

    attractive. Having said, they dont realized

    that there are other benefits losing weight

    as well. Thats one thing I learned why I

    gain muscle now.

  • @kidmoney2007 Like I said in another video about BCAA's, every bodybuilding authority going today, says that BCAA's help alot with muscle growth, regardless of how much protein your taking. Whey protein has some bcaa's, but not nearly enough to make a difference. When you take an actual bcaa supplement, your getting what you need to help build muscle faster. they've done studies on dudes who were on high protein diets that took bcaa's and they got more growth with them.
