Dublin Institute of Technology and Enable Ireland teamed up to launch the first Community Design Challenge on April 5 2011
Students from Product Design, Computer Science and Web Design all volunteered to take part.
Our aim was to promote Universal Design across the Institute, and create a space in which DIT students and individuals with

disabilities could discuss and problem solve barriers to daily living.
Lots of ideas were discussed and debated and exciting solutions were generated.
