  • in italy we use mascarpone for dessert receipes...sure not for sandwiches...

    ...and btw...baguette is french bread...we use italian bread for our sandwiches...

  • I ask myself: you americans, when you come here in italy, do you really find those sandwiches here? Why is this supposed to be an italian sandwich?!? Baguette is a French kind of bread, mascarpone here is a cream cheese used to make desserts, please, STOP using "ITALIAN" word on titles only to make a recipe more tasty and intresting...

  • @McRogers80 I am an Italian American, my family (granparents) hail from Calabria, and I have been making that same arguement here for years. I was raised like an Italian, and we Americans put "Italian" on damn near EVERYTHING. I have no idea what that was that she just made but she has no clue what shes doing

  • you should have used some vasinagole and other things that sound like common italian kitchen ingredients
