when you look at it LTTE basically won, theres about 4000 LTTE compared to the millions in the SLA army.....it took 25 years and 56 counturies to help the SLA weak military to advance a few steps....ur government is full of propaganda otherwise u would know there was no fiting in that area it was already open when they went into killnochi ... also the fact that ur govenrment hid the #'s of soilders that died when the dam was blown up.
