Top 15 all of them, I think that counts. Considering that the top 15 are all pretty much the same but then after 20 or 30 it starts getting worse quickly.

Also, a "demotivator"? I think a lot of people are seriously overestimating this. They have all been welfare states for at least 50 years and they have not yet collapsed. Nor is there any sign of any such possibility in the near future.

@critter505 What are you basing this on? You have evidence about how good the poor people in America have it, do you? No, probably not. Also, loss of production & jobs is overwhelmingly caused by the business in question moving somewhere like China/India where they can pay workers much less to do the same jobs. You see, it's nothing to do with welfare and everything to do with companies valuing profit above all else. Given that, you argument is a pretty poor one. Do some fucking research.

I don't know where you are from, but in most countries the welfare state has caused a huge loss in production. Thus doing it's part to destroy the economy. Bad economy=job loss. Job loss=poverty.
