Thanx for the video, i tried the master cleanse and made it 12 days a year ago, it worked well, but every time i try to water fast it just dont work, i need the calories..so as of yesterday i started fasting on kefir probiotic smoothies, i only have 3 a day and the colorie total is 420 for the day, but the smoothies are packed with lots of proteins and other good things..good luck in what you attempt:)
